I did not write this, but the fellow who did said it pretty much exactly how I would have. I can't say it any better, so I'll just associate myself with his/her remarks.
Pretty much sums up why despite loving the place, I can never live there again.

This actually sums up what I hate about it too. Everybody is all exited about the trees, when that is not the issue. The issue is that UC is required to follow the same laws as everybody else, furthermore not cook the books (they have one set of books for taxes, and another for construction).
Furthermore UC took advantage of the death of Donna Spring and made a large legal push right then, that is just NASTY.
Finally UC could have avoided all of this very early on, but was unwilling to compromise at all.
I am just saying.
